 Zhongtian TDTG series Fast(Slow) Bucket Elevator

1.             Rubber covering technology is adopted for head pulley to increase friction coefficient and prevent belt from slipping.

2.             Equipped with explosion relief port, prevent dust explosion, safe and reliable.

3.             Middle casing adopts specialized edge-meshing combination process, with high strength and good sealing.

4.             Equipped with anti-back device, could prevent product blockage caused by equipment stoppage.

5.             Large access opening facilitates convenient and fast maintenance and bucket replacing.

6.             Adopts EP belt, low extendibility, endurable and reliable.

7.             Feeding could be in both downwards and upwards direction.

8.             Equipped with new type shaft-end sealing structure, avoid dust leakage.

9.             Adjusting plate adopts sealing treatment, no leakage of product when tensioning the belt by screw tension device.

10.   Optional with off-tracking alarm and speed monitor system.
